BlackHer Enterprise treats enquiry details, client data, unpublished findings and research materials as confidential and uses them only for the agreed consultancy purpose.

Mailing-list details are collected only after explicit consent and are stored separately from consultancy enquiries. Subscribers may withdraw consent and unsubscribe from future communications.

The website does not request dataset uploads. Where sensitive, personal or institutional data are involved, suitable data-sharing and confidentiality arrangements should be established before transfer.
